About Fleurieu ACT

Helen Treloar is a psychology graduate, accredited ACT trainer and Pilates instructor, with 30 years business experience.

She has studied with Melbourne based ACT expert and author Dr Russ Harris and has more than 3 years experience providing Acceptance and Commitment training to both individuals and groups.

Helen is passionate about helping people use ACT to improve their lives, teaching in a variety of settings including:

  • Schools, with students of all ages
  • Sporting clubs, with both professional and amateur athletes
  • Corporate sector, training leaders and teams
  • Farming groups, both owners and employees
  • Individuals living with chronic pain, trauma and grief
  • Couples and families learning to cope with the stresses of everyday life

What we offer
