About Fleurieu ACT

Helen Treloar is a psychology graduate, accredited ACT trainer and Pilates instructor, with 30 years business experience.
She has studied with Melbourne based ACT expert and author Dr Russ Harris and has more than 4 years experience providing training to both individuals and groups.
Helen is passionate about helping people use ACT to improve their lives, and learn skills to cope with every day stresses.
